BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
1. The Board's Policy and Standard Operating Procedures for Board Committees states at its first regular meeting in January each year, the Board will establish, re-affirm or dissolve standing committees as determined by a majority vote of the Board. It is being recommended that the Board re-affirm the above listed committees. The policy also states the Board Chairman will appoint members and the chairs of the standing committees for one-year terms, or until the Board re-affirms or dissolves the standing committee. Attached is a list of the committees and their members.
2. Attached also is a list of the Board Liaison assignments for 2018 as assigned by the Chair. No approval is needed with respect to the Board Liaison assignments. It is being shared for information purposes only.
