BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
As an entitlement community, Mecklenburg County receives an annual share of federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The following minor amendments are necessary and require Board approval to allow modification of existing activities, reallocation of program funds, and to complete other administrative actions as follows:

§ 2021-2022 Annual Action Plan Minor Amendment #2
