BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
This is a Pitney Bowes, Inc. lease agreement for equipment rental and supplies for a postage meter machine. The Office of the Tax Collector will use this equipment and supplies to mail taxpayer notices, monthly tax returns, and other legal correspondence requiring postage. The current lease expires in March 2024.
PROCUREMENT BACKGROUND:
This lease renewal quote was received by the Office of the Tax Collector and submitted to the Finance Procurement Office. The renewal is for an additional five years.
