BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The Proposed 2024 Legislative Agenda will be considered by the Intergovernmental Relations Committee on January 11, 2024, and subsequently presented to the full board for consideration and approval. The Legislative Agenda will also be shared with the Mecklenburg County Legislative and Congressional Delegations.

If adopted and subsequently achieved, policy impacts would include support for state and federal programs, including those related to Education, Health and Human Services, Community and Environmental issues.
