ACTION:
1) Appointment is needed on the Town of Mint Hill Board of Adjustment for a term expiring December 31, 2025. Bill Barrett is eligible for appointment
2) Reappointment is needed on the Town of Mint Hill Board of Adjustment for a term expiring December 31, 2026. Debi Powell is eligible for reappointment.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
At the December 14, 2023 meeting, the Town of Mint Hill Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to recommend Debi Powell for reappointment to the Board of Adjustment as the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) representative for a term expiring December 31, 2026. The Board also unanimously recommends Bill Barrett for appointment to the Board of Adjustment as the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) representative for a term expiring December 31, 2025.
The Town of Mint Hill hears zoning appeals and request for vacancies from the zoning ordinance.
