Approve an amendment to the 2018 Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) Capital Ordinance re-allocating $10,000,000 from the Public Safety Training Center project (PSTC) to be used for land acquisition and renovations at the Central High Campus.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
CPCC received $10,000,000 in grant funding as part of the state's FY2024 budget to be used for the Public Safety Training Center project. This amendment will reduce the existing Public Safety Training Center budget by $10,000,000 and allocate $8,057,808 for renovations at the Central High Campus and $1,942,192 for land acquisition to accommodate the growth of the Health Sciences program.
