ACTION:
(A) Accept a permanent greenway easement (+/- .132 acres) on Tax Parcel 071-114-12 from Savona II, LLC for Stewart Creek Greenway.
(B) Accept a temporary construction easement on Tax Parcel 071-114-12 (+/- 036 square feet) from Savona II, LLC for the construction of Stewart Creek Greenway.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
As part of its City of Charlotte approved rezoning, the owner of the Savona mixed-use development (tax parcel 071-114-12) in west Charlotte is required to donate easements along Stewart Creek for the Stewart Creek Greenway project. Acceptance of these easements will allow the County to construct the greenway trail which is part of the Fiscal Year 2019 - 2023 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). Acquisition of property rights for greenway purposes is supported by the County's adopted Park and Recreation Master Plan.
