NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Mecklenburg County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
Due to COVID-19, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center will be closed to the public. Members of the public can access and view the meeting on the Government Channel or online at <https://mecklenburg.ravnur.com> or follow us on Twitter. BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The purpose of the meeting is to hold a Budget/Public Policy Workshop to receive a detailed overview of the County Manager’s Recommended Budget for FY2020-2021, to make nominations and appointments to various advisory boards, to go into closed session, and to discuss and to take any action as may be deemed appropriate.
