BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The property owner, Pulte Home Corporation, agreed to donate Tax Parcel 231-122-53 (+/- 3.809 acres) within the Castleford subdivision, to Mecklenburg County for the future Six Mile Creek Greenway. This greenway donation is required by the City of Charlotte as a part of the Castleford subdivision approval.
