Amend the 2019-2020 Annual Budget Ordinance to recognize, receive and appropriate an increase of $25,000 from the State Air Quality Gasoline Tax to the General Fund (0001) within the Land Use and Environmental Services Agency.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

Mecklenburg County Air Quality is requesting to recognize additional state air quality gasoline tax revenue to be used for installation of fencing and electrical service at air monitoring sites.  This funding is specifically designated for local air quality programs.
