BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
1. This Board action is necessary to approve registered motor vehicle tax refunds resulting from clerical errors, value changes and appeals processed in the statewide vehicle tax system.
2. This Board action is necessary to approve tax refunds resulting from clerical errors, audits and other amendments, including revaluation appeals. There is no accrued interest.
