BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The proposed resolution was requested during the Board’s Intergovernmental Relations Committee meeting on June 25, 2019. If approved, the resolution will be another tool for advocacy of the state legislative agenda to support local and state oversight of the Alcohol Beverage Control System.
