BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
In order to participate in the annual election of officers and policy adoption decisions, the Board must officially select someone to serve as the County's voting delegate during the annual business session. Commissioner Scarborough served as the 2018 delegate. Commissioner Fuller served as the alternate, however, an alternate is not required.
