Statutory and Ordinance requirements require that appointments of this nature be approved by the Board of County Commissioners. The Town of Mint Hill Board of Commissioners voted June 13, 2019 to request that Roger Hendrix be reappointed to the Town of Mint Hill Planning Board as an ETJ representative for a term expiring June 30, 2021.
