BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Department has been tasked to develop a strategy to complete construction of 30 miles of greenway by the end of 2023. The Department will share its strategy which includes completion of projects under construction and design, moving remaining projects forward and initiating new projects.
