BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
As part of the development of the FY2020 Recommended Budget, the County Manager will consider a funding request from the court officials. Charleston Carter, Trial Court Administrator will present the court official's budget request to the Board of County Commissioners. The court officials budget request includes funding for the District Attorney's Office, Public Defender's Office, and the Clerk of Courts.
