BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
County obsolete equipment and rolling stock is periodically sold and the proceeds are distributed to the original sources for additional purchases. Net proceeds of $36,963.55 were realized from the January 12, 2019 County vehicle auction as belonging to LUESA. The rolling stock for LUESA is funded by fees and regulations require the sales proceeds be used by the department where the fees are generated. This amendment requests funds from the latest auction be returned to LUESA's Code Enforcement division and distributed as demonstrated in the backup documentation included with this board action.
