BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
At the Board's Budget/Public Policy meeting on February 26, 2019, questions were raised regarding the current structure of the Board's Regular meeting agenda and the order in which items are handled. In response to that concern, I'm asking the Board to authorize the creation of an Ad Hoc Committee to review the current policy and practice regarding the agenda format and order in which items are disposed and to offer recommendation(s) back to the Board on possible changes. The purpose of any change(s) will be for the effective and efficient conduct of County business at Regular meetings.

If the requested action is approved and recommendations are brought forth for change and approved, it would require an amendment to the Board's current Agenda Format policy.
