BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
County staff has worked with the contractor that maintains The Effortless Golf Center (formerly known as Cadillac Golf Ranch), a County-owned driving range located in Pineville, to establish a list of improvement projects. These projects will be funded from the Consolidated Golf Capital Reserve account in the amount of $90,000 and include: 1) painting of light poles, 2) replacing lights and covers in the driving range field, 3) asphalt work, 4) HVAC repairs for the shop, 5) irrigation/turf work around the facility, and 6) repairs to the outside of the shop structure. The improvements will help preserve and offer a quality facility to the public.
PROCUREMENT BACKGROUND:
Park and Recreation will work with County Procurement to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Projects will be handled by multiple contractors based on the trade.

Capital Reserve funding will be encumbered and spent during FY19 to complete the above projects. Total for all projects will be $90,000.
