BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Mecklenburg County Storm Water Services has an active contract with Wildlands Engineering for engineering services related to the Briar Creek at Randolph Road Stream Restoration Project. This project was initiated in FY09. As this project is now nearing the end of construction after multiple delays, these funds are required to complete construction. Construction is scheduled for completion in December 2018.
