Pursuant to G.S. 153A-83, designate and appoint Assistant County Manager Leslie Johnson as Acting County Manager during the absence of County Manager Dena Diorio, who is out on Family Medical Leave, effective June 26, 2018; who shall exercise the powers and perform the duties of Manager until the County Manager returns or this designation is revoked
