BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
There are upcoming vacancies on the above stated boards that will need to be filled by June 30, 2018. Nominations were made on May 15, 2018. Each of the above boards require an interview of those nominated for consideration by an ad hoc committee of the BOCC, which has taken place. Attached is the recommendation from the ad hoc committee.
