BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Transfer existing FY 2018 designated capital funds within the LUESA Solid Waste Enterprise Fund to the Solid Waste Capital Reserve Fund. The request is necessary due to the multi-year aspect of capital projects, such as the scale installation project at the North Meck Recycling and Disposal Center.
