BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
This Board action is necessary to approve tax refunds resulting from clerical errors, audits and other amendments, including revaluation appeals. These are refunds resulting from Board of Equalization Review determinations, so there is no accrued interest on these refunds.
