BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The Evergreen Team is a group of leaders from the public, private, finance, legal, affordable housing and real estate communities to think creatively, collaboratively and
and differently about affordable housing. The goal was to break down barriers, create bold ideas and unleash the capacity of the private sector to build more affordable
housing in Charlotte- Mecklenburg. The Evergreen Team met monthly throughout 2017 and created a report with eight bold ideas.
