BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

The Board's Appointment Policy states all Committees must report at lease annually to the Board of Commissioners on their activities. Reports can be submitted to the Clerk for distribution to the Board in writing or for formal presentation at a Regular Board Meeting.   The Historic Landmarks Commission will present formally on February 20, 2018.
