BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approved the expenditure of $105,826 to complete an engineering study, evaluate existing conditions, and present recommendations to redesign areas of the Harry L. Jones, Sr. Golf Course to remediate settlement issues.
This request is to fund a financial analysis by a golf course consultant to determine if the proposed redesign will result in a positive return on our investment.
PROCUREMENT BACKGROUND:
Park and Recreation staff will work with County Procurement to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
