BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Each year as part of the annual budget process, the Board is provided a mid-session NC State Legislative update. Jonathan L. Sink, Mecklenburg County's Legislative Affairs Liaison, will brief the Board on proposed and adopted bills, and other relevant business matters discussed at the NC General Assembly.
