BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
As part of the development of the FY2018 Recommended Budget, the County Manager will consider a funding request from the court officials. Todd Nuccio, Trial Court Administrator will present the court official's budget request to the Board of County Commissioners. The court officials request includes funding for the District Attorney's Office, Public Defender's Office, and Clerk of Courts.
