BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

LUESA Solid Waste and County Storm Water Services proposes to adjust fees in their respective program areas.

The Waste Management Advisory Board unanimously recommended that the BOCC approve these changes to the Solid Waste Fee Ordinance and the Residential Solid Waste Fees.  The Storm Water Advisory Committee has also endorsed the fee adjustments.
