BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
As a follow up to the FY2018 preliminary revenue projection presented at the Board's retreat, Commissioner Ridenhour asked the County Manager to provide the estimate with a breakout of County revenue. County revenue, also referred to as County dollars, is the revenue source that the Board has full discretion over and offers the greatest degree of budgetary flexibility.
