BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The Mint Hill Volunteer Fire Department has asked that the Board of Commissioners consider taking this action so that the loan will qualify for a tax-exempt interest rate under the Internal Revenue Code. This action does not obligate the County in any way. This matter was on a previous agenda; however, the request had to be resubmitted to be in compliance with an advertising requirement.
