BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
At the Board's April 7, 2015 meeting, the issue of advisory board attendance was referred to the Board's Intergovernmental Committee for review and recommendation back to the full Board for consideration. Any change to the Appointment Policy requires approval by the full Board.
