BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Management & Budget Director will present proposed refinements to the program view of the operating budget. The program view of the operating budget is utilized during the straw vote session to assist the Board with funding decisions. The program view of the operating budget is the primary format utilized to present the operating budget to the general public, media and the Board. The refinements will enhance transparency and reflect how County departments manage resources.
