BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

In a reset of the current model, Mecklenburg County will lead A Home for All 2.0 by identifying implementation priorities and executing the collective strategy. In addition to the County in the lead role, this structure will include The Foundation for the Carolinas in the lead fundraising role, an Advisory Council (with engagement from the corporate sector) and the Homeless Continuum of Care Governing Board.
