BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
This loss occurred on June 10, 2025, at the Health Department Building, located on 2845 Beatties Ford Road, Charlotte, NC. The Claimant’s vehicle was on a tow truck, the tow truck malfunctioned causing the car to come off the tow truck and hit the wall, sign and card reader. Repairs to the wall, sign and card reader are needed. Risk Management is requesting a settlement claim for a total of $87,882.59.
