BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Capital Reserve accounts were established to provide funding to maintain synthetic turf fields. The Revolution Park synthetic turf field will require replacement due to safety concerns.
PROCUREMENT BACKGROUND:
Park and Recreation staff has contacted County Procurement and will work together on this project to meet all County and State purchasing requirements.
