BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

At its October 7th meeting, The Board adopted a Resolution titled “Mecklenburg County Board of Commissioners Resolution Declaring Intent to Lease Property to Marathon Health, LLC.” Subsequently, the Clerk to the Board published a notice of the Board’s intent to lease the property in the Charlotte Observer consistent with that Resolution. The final action the Board needs to take to approve the lease is adoption of the attached Resolution.
