ACTION:
Reappoint Hardison McConnell to the Cornelius Planning Board as an Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) representative as recommended by the Town of Cornelius Board of Commissioners for a three-year term expiring July 1, 2015.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
By order of G.S. 160A-362, one resident of the entire extraterritorial jurisdiction shall be appointed to the Planning Board and Board of Adjustment. That appointment shall be made by the Board of County Commissioners with jurisdiction over the area (see attached). Appointments to Town Planning Boards are made based on recommendations received from the respective Town Board of Commissioners. Mr. McConnell is being asked to be reappointed as the Town's ETJ representative for another three-year term expiring July 1, 2015.
