BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Funds are generated from seized assets and will allow the Sheriff’s Office to enter into contracts and expend money in accordance with the Special Revenue Fund ordinance. The Sheriff’s Office received $65,740.61 from three separate distributions for seized assets as part of the Equitable Sharing Program:
