ACTION:
Amend the 2026-2027 Budget Ordinance in the General Fund (0001) to reduce the revenue and expenditure budget in the amount of $12,428,895.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The FY27 budget includes administrative services revenue and expense associated with internal cost allocations. Upon review, these are internal reimbursements that should be reported as expense in the fund ultimately responsible and as a reduction of expense in the fund being reimbursed. This action will remove the budgeted revenue and adjust the expenditure to reflect the expected net cost.
