In preparation for the FY2014 budget, the Board will receive an overview of Mecklenburg County's employee compensation policy and practices including:
· the County's compensation pay-for-performance philosophy and strategy
· the process for maintaining competitiveness
· employee compensation components identified and defined
· current market trends in compensation
· current fiscal year costs and performance matrix
