BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

Each year as part of the implementation of the County's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), the Board is asked to approve and amend ordinances to provide funding for authorized projects.  Because the County is delaying an update of the 5-year rolling CIP, these ordinances provide appropriations for any new projects that were planned to start in 2027 as part of the previously approved 5-year plan.  In addition, these actions provide continuing appropriations along with increases and decreases in appropriations for projects that are currently underway or that were approved to start in earlier years.
