BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

Julia Teamer is a life long Mecklenburg County resident who dedicated her life to educating our youth as a teacher and community leader.  This proclamation is to honor Mrs. Teamer, who is 107 years old and also the oldest living graduate of Second Ward High School.
