BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

Pursuant to the provisions of North Carolina General Statute 105-373, the attached memorandum is the Tax Collector's report of settlement to the Mecklenburg County Board of Commissioners of all current and prior year taxes collected and those that remain unpaid for Fiscal Year 2026 (Tax Year 2025).
