BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

Reappointment is needed on the above said board. The Ombudsman for the Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee supports the reappointment of Evelyn Moses for an additional term. This has been done in the past for the Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee and Nursing Home Community Advisory Committee in light of the need to maintain members on these committees.
