Affirm the appointment of Dr. Cotrane Penn to the Alliance Health Board of Directors to fill an unexpired term expiring September 30, 2028.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Mecklenburg County has four (4) seats on the Alliance Health Board of Directors, including one (1) BOCC seat. The current members include: Dena Diorio and Arthur Griffin.
If appointed, Dr. Penn will fill the unexpired term expiring September 30, 2028.
