BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

Proposed revisions to the Interlocal Agreement on Address Assignment between Mecklenburg County GIS and the participating jurisdictions.  The existing agreements with the city of Charlotte and the six towns lack the requirement for inclusion of any amendments and other relevant informal agreements that may need to be documented. To address this issue, this revised agreement incorporates the updated requirements, with the approval of the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC).  This language has been reviewed and agreed to by all parties.
