BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

As part of the County Manager Organizational Reset Plan, the County Manager has launched a project, lead by the Office of Management & Budget (OMB), to evaluate all of the County's programs and conduct a deep-dive assessment of the budget to inform the FY2027 Budget. Staff will provide the Board with an update on the Program Review work that is currently underway.
