BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:

The Procurement Division was engaged by Dena Diorio to enter into an RFP for the above noted services.  The solicitation was posted on Monday, Aug 26th, 2024.  Several process steps will need to be completed in the coming months, resulting in the selection of a firm and a contract executed by November 1, 2024.  This discussion will include a review of the process, will set expectations around critical dates to meet the November 1st date, and allow for questions by the BOCC.
